[Dx4win] Fixed

John Paul,

I've had the 'missing country.dat' file problem quite a few times. I 
keep a backup copy in another directory for when this problem pops up on 
my computer. In fact I keep the whole dx4win working directory backed 
up, just in case one of the files gets trashed.
