What might work, if it could be implemented, is for the IOTA checkmark in
the Announce DX window to be "sticky". I.e. if it was off (unchecked) the
last time, then it will be off (unchecked) the next time. Ideally, this
would work across restarts of DX4WIN. As they say, it's all just a small
matter of programming.
