[Dx4win] 3D2CR is Conway Reef

3D2CR started from Conway Reef (3D2/C) on Saturday 9/18, with only ONE
operator.  My understanding is that this is mostly (or all) FT8.  The
country file needs an update, which will be coming this week after I
get another project out the door.

If you have already worked it this time and want "credit", just change
the Prefix field to 3D2/C

If you have not worked it but don't want to miss it (in the DX Spots
windows, etc.), log a QSO with 3D2CR now, changing the prefix to
3D2/C.  Then delete the QSO after you log it.  The call will remain in
the local country file.
