[Dx4win] DX4WIN 9.09 rings the bell every time I use F9

I usually have the headphones on when I'm adding QSOs.  What I think
may have happened is that I recently raised the Windows volume to
listen to a baseball game, and that made it just loud enough to hear
the bells while wearing headphones.

I don't know why DX4WIN would do this when adding a new QSO with the
F3 window showing, but I guess it's been there all along.
