QSLs -> Clear QSL Label Flag,   then answer YES to "Clearing print QSL 
label flags for up to xxx QOSs. Are you sure?"

There is no need to do anything for the LOTW flags if you're not using 
the LOTW function, but if you insist, do the same with Clear LOTW Upload 
Flag.

This is the clearest way of doing it, without setting QSL or LOTW 
print/upload date.
