[Dx4win] New Application Note: Make it Easier to Import your WSJT-X log Using a Symbolic Link

I just published a new Application Note on my DX4WIN support website:

This is an improvement on the following post that I made to the DX4WIN
reflector on January 25, 2018:

The instructions in the application note create a direct link to the
WSJT-X log file, rather than simply to the WSJT-X log directory.
