TNX Ian. I will try your suggestion and see what happens. Between you and Jim, AD1C I think I probably can rectify my problem. Your advices were very valuable. I will post my results.

In my email to you on Sunday, I wrote:
"Have you entered all of your LOTW and QSL card-in-hand in your log? Just trying to eliminate DX4WIn being unaware that you have worked and had a QSO confirmed."
It seems that the answer was no! I suggest that you go into LOTW and use the Download Report to produce an ADIF file with all your LOTW matches. In the 'QSLs Received Since' box, put the date of your earliest QSO. Save the ADIF file somewhere safe.
Then in DX4WIN, use the LOTW menu to 'Confirm LOTW using ADIF file' option. Find the file that you have just downloaded from LOTW and DX4Win will do the matching.

Subject: Re: [Dx4win] DXCC Color Codes (revised ) You know I did not ! That's probably it. If I capture a new LOTW download and confirm using that menu option will it correct all past confirmed QSO's ?
Thanks a Bunch,

I get a lot of white on red spots, but I have confirmed working that country/mode and it is confirmed for that country/mode by LOTW. In preferences DXCC I have " worked cutoff " and " mailed cutoff " to 0 thinking all spots would forever be recognized and accepted. Why do confirmed country/mode for that band show up as white on red for DXCC with different calls in that country? It apears as though it is looking at the call and not the country. Could I possibly have something wrong in the award setup for DXCC ? Also, I never see white on green or green on white in the DX spots window.
