[Dx4win] IC-7300 rig file for dx4win 9.0.9

Hi,With the ic7300.rig file provided in dx4win v 9.0.9, logger doesn't read  radio's Band, Mode nor frequency, but sets it correctly when clicking on the Spot.
This rig file should be replaced by the attached ic.7300 rig file made by SM7IUN (already used in dx4w version 8.05).
With this file, one can control radio either via it's CI-V remote port or via radio's USB port set for CI-V control in the radio menu.
