[Dx4win] Missing Country.dat file

Ron,

I have had the same 'missing' country.dat problem many times on just one 
computer in my basement main shack, but never in my upstairs operating 
position computer.

Both are running the same model Dell desktops with Win10 and Avast 
antivirus.

I suspect that it has something to do with major Windows updates on 
Tuesdays, but cant be sure. It may be Avast antivirus updates that 
delete it. I use the upstairs computer all the time, but the main shack 
computer only a couple times a week, so it's hard to catch the timing.
