[Dx4win] 60 meter country tracking

It seems to be working fine for me.

Make sure in your QSO preferences, that 60m is enabled (checked)

Then go to File | Awards, click on the County Tab, and make sure 60m
is checked under both Valid Bands and Award Bands.
