Paul, that's why it is called Reflector. Questions could have been directed to Paul via support at dx4win.com, but then others could not have seen his responses which might interest others too. 
But I agree that Paul keeps silent in some situations, maybe he has a reason for this, which we may not know..
In any case, I think a kind of DX4WIN@ groups.io would be helpful for message exchanges on different topics.
