[Dx4win] DX4WIN and FTDX101

I have the FTDX 101D. I use DX4WIN (and have for over 20 years). NOTHING is
broke in mine, and I of course updated the day the firmware became
available. Actually, they've had TWO firmware updates within two days of
each other. There was some kind of issue with the first one  (V01-19) for
the Main part. Not sure what that issue may have been. Two days later, they
came out with V01-20 for the Main part. Anyway, my DX4WIN works with EITHER
of the two latest versions. I use it daily....I'm on the radio several
hours every day.
