OK, I suspect it's because you have the import settings in dx4win set to
accept dx4win values when there are differences.  Yes, let's see what Jim or
Paul have to say.

Attached is the screen that I get upon completion of the import.
As you can read, it says no errors, so this is probably why we cannot 
find it with the word import in the note field (either one)
I wouild expect to be able to find out which zone corrections were 
changed...
This end of import message does not state if and where this can be 
found. Maybe it is not even created... The correction is made, and I 
have no choice to cancel it, should it be the case.
Maybe AD1C can tell us...
