[Dx4win] Dx4Win spot window

How to populate the spot window with only countries that have not been 
previously worked on the band/mode being spotted. Presently,
I want & get both NEW & NOT CONFIRMED spots FB, but my friend wants only 
NEW spots and I cannot make that happen. No matter what I try, he still 
gets spots in the spot window for countries he has worked before. BTW, I 
have the box unchecked that says "alert worked before countries".

For example, 7Q7RU is spotted on 10 20 & 160 FT8 and my friend has 
worked Malawi B4 on both 10 & 20 FT8, but not 160, so he would want to 
see the 160 spot in the spot window, but not the 10 & 20 ones.
