[Dx4win] 51 states

I did a report listing today to see how my band state totals were 
looking....

to my surprise i have 51 states confirmed!


at bottom of listing it shows state 3L with a name of "C"


I searched for state 3L in a filter search and it says no matching qso's 
found....

how do i find/fix this error?
