[Dx4win] DX4WIN Award database release 20.2 - 2 March 2020

Tried to run the update program, and now Windows has totally hosed my dx4win installation with a “controlled folder access” error. Ive turned that off, but it has no effect: I can’t even start dx4win. 

VERY frustrated! Suggestions?
