Did you find the window?

Often it is off screen.  I have written several times how to get off screen
windows back.

I cannot get the packet windows to open no matter I do on my regular 
computer or on another fresh download on a different computer   It 
was working fine on the original one but a Windows 10 update too it out

I am on TCP but how do I open a packet window using the internet   it 
is driving me nuts  thanks
