[Dx4win] World Map won'open

I think someone might have mentioned this, but it bears repeating. Try
going into the config file, and just like the lost packet or spot window
trick... find the map portion of the configuration and try setting the top
and left settings to ZERO. That might bring it back. For me, when I lost
both my spot window and packet window, this trick did not work, and the
only thing that worked for me was to put the monitors back in their
original configuration and then I physically moved the windows to where I
could see them again in the new monitor configuration.
