[Dx4win] Negative Search Filter

I am trying to do a negative search, that is, all records not containing certain text in the QSO notes field. I use Remote Ham Radio at times and when I do I note that QSO with “RHR” in the QSO notes field. To do a LOTW update I am trying to filter all the records NOT containing RHR. The help file says to use the designator “!*” or “!” in front of the text to do a not-containing search. When I do that I get ‘no records found.’ Thoughts on what I am doing wrong?
