Hello Tim
I love DX4Win I've been user for many years, maybe not as much as you that
is because I'm younger....

I'm not Electrical Engenieer and I never programmed anything but my
timetable... But I know one thing you could be the best Engenieer or
programmer in the world but you are not a great sales manager.... No one
are talking about bad issues of DX4Win, We Just want to know what the
future is... If you want to be stacked in the past is your choice, but let
younger users to ask for some improvements.. .It seem that everytime a user
ask for something some one of you become pissed of, I can't understand
why... I work to serve others and we alwaays say that the customers
opiniond make us improve and we need to hear them.... But not here?? Why?
because you are a happy user??? F..k the rest because it is perfect for
me.... .Is a good policy .... to stay alone.....

The major improvement of DX4WIN was the last year and bring us only the FT8
mode and some other minor updates, we only ask for some improvements , two
or three because we love this program.... The attitude is no leave them
alone, the right attitude is fight for us.....

One thing is true unhappy customers that complain look for an improvement
and they want to stay or come back, unhappy customers that don't complain
never comeback , you have lost them....
