[Dx4win] Using DX4WIN with QRZ XML

I purchased the subscription on QRZ to use with DX4WIN. I cannot get it to
work.All I get is the following:

QRZ/XML Cannot connect to server.

How do I set up in Preferences  Ext Data ?
