Thanks to ON4AOI and OZ4O for leading me to the "state" DC from a contest. I did found the QSO and removed DC in the state. The strange is that the QSO is on 15M CW. The WAS report inform me that the "31" state is on 17M phone. "31" is still in the bottom of the WAS Report, but now with no QSOs. 73 Joe, OZ0J https://english.oz0j.dk
