[Dx4win] Developments

For me the DX4WIN is one of the best logbook I have used.
I have been using it for many years and it meets my expectations.

But I also understand the colleagues who ask for some improvement,
according to the new technologies applied to radio.

I think Paul's silence does not help in this debate, perhaps if Paul
indicates the reasons why he does not make these updates, many of us might
understand it, but as I say, his silence does not help.

What if I am clear, that for me is one of the best Logbook, I have used it
for many years, and what I have for sure, is that I will continue using it.
