[Dx4win] Auto Upload to LOTW, etc.

I upload my contacts to LoTW via e-mail.  That way I get an e-mail back from
LoTW when they have added the calls to my account.  They also tell me if I
have any new confirmations and who they are.

Me neither, I prefer to control how and what I upload my Lotw QSO's. A great
improvement could be like in some contest programs the Shortened RST in CW.

Advanced cero as T and nine as N
Expert cero as T, Nine as N and one as A

As flakey as LOTW has been recently I for one do not want my QSOs being

uploaded automatically/individually.



Would I like to see WSJT -> DX4WIN automation sometime in the future? Sure

but it's not a huge deal for me. A couple copy/pastes and a few mouse clicks

and all is good.
