[Dx4win] Sub Mode Breaking LOTW Confirmations?

Al,

This is an interesting problem.
You have a Phone QSO with MODE=SSB, SUBMODE=USB.
DX4WIN probably puts this out as <MODE:3>SSB<SUBMODE:3>USB
That's correct. However, it won't survive a round trip through TQSL to
LoTW and back down.
TQSL will match this with the following entry:
       <adifmode adif-mode="SSB" adif-submode="USB" mode="SSB">USB</adifmode>

This goes up to LoTW as a SSB mode contact. The fact that this was
encoded as MODE/SUBMODE is lost, so the ADIF exported by LoTW doesn't
have the info to be able to use the mode/submode form on export.

LoTW can't just switch to MODE/SUBMODE as that will break anyone
expecting just USB or SSB.
I don't know if Paul is willing to do the work to find the match here
(i.e. SSB qso matches SSB/USB), but that's the only way to reconcile
this.
