[Dx4win] 51st state

This has happened to me several times.  You have made a contact with a
station in DC.  As I recall, you can fix this by doing a search (F8),
putting DC in the state field, and then hitting enter.  That should bring up
any stations that sent DC during a contest.  Click on each QSO and clear the
state field since DC is not a state.  Hit enter to save the change.  That
should get you back to 50 states.  This normally happens when importing a
contest file into DX4WIN.

While checking on WAS band/mode progress I saw that on some bands Ive got 51
states confirmed.

In the WAS Reports listing the last entry is #1 (following WY.) Its named
"C".

How can I delete this anomaly to only show 50 states..
