[Dx4win] Awards update

Hello Paul,

Yes, there are hundreds of custom awards.  Try updating everything with Help
>Check for Updates and see if you get more awards.

If you are doing a report, ALL of the awards should be visible.  If you are
entering award info for a QSO, remember that only those awards applicable
will be visible.  For WAIP, you need to have an Italian QSO up in the QSO
window.  I just tried it and WAIP is indeed included. (I have the award :-)

Hi Mike
What I was (not clearly enough) trying to explain is that the WAIP award 
does not appear in the list of custom awards available....
I think I have somethging like 50 awayds available, while there should 
be many more...
