[Dx4win] Colors for DX Spots

I just installed DX4WIN on a new computer and installed the key, ini file and log file from the old computer. All appears to be working but one unusual change. In the new install all U.S. spots  appear with a green background with white text but under the old program the spots appear with a red background with white text.I am using the default Colors for DX Spots. Why the difference since it's the same ini file and how do I change it ?
