[Dx4win] WINKEY USB and DX4WIN

Dave,
 you can go back and forth between 3.0 and 3.1, no problems.

The 3.0 and 3.1 firmware can be download from K1EL:
https://hamcrafters2.com/WinKeyer_31.html

WK3tools is the only software you need to upload/update the firmware, be aware you need a specific WK3tools for the 3.1 and a different one for 3.0.

From a CW stand point there is no much difference between the two version, but 3.1 enables the RTTY/FSK function that is fantastic.

I hope Paul is considering to look at the code, maybe 3.0 will not be available anymore in the near future and this will push DX4WIN in a corner.
