[Dx4win] CR140AA is Azores, not Portugal

Attention DX4WIN 9.0x users:

There is an error in the country file which has been there since
Release 18.7 (19 June 2018).  It has been staring me in the face for
weeks but I finally just realized what was wrong.

CR140AA is Azores, not Portugal.  I made this error when adding the
IOTA (EU-175) to the callsign database.  It will be fixed in the next
release.
