I don't know if that's possible. Apparently there is a version of Windows 10
for the RPI, but it's not exactly full Windows, it's a version specifically
for IOT. Here's a link to an article that I found:

More importantly, unless Paul decides to compile DX4WIN so that it will on
the ARM processor, it wouldn't run even if Windows does. (The Windows for
IOT build was built by Microsoft specifically for the RPI and is compiled
for the ARM processor). I would think that this also applies to trying to
use an emulator like WINE, though it's an interesting concept.

Have anyone tried to install Windows 10 on a Rastberry Pi 3 and then install
and run DX4WIN?
I mostly use DX4WIN to get new bands or modes from the DX cluster. It could
be nice to have that part on a Rastberry Pi 3 instead of a laptop.
Any ideas, experiences etc. are welcome.
