[Dx4win] 9.0.5 Not ignoring dupes during WSJT-x import

I think changing the mode/submode of the old FT4 QSOs will avoid this. When
matching QSOs for import
the sub-mode is now looked at too. See Multiple QSO Operations | Change
mode/sub-mode; use this after
setting a filter!
