[Dx4win] DX4WIN.CTY country file Release #19.11 - 25 July 2019

Paul has not made the update available for DX4WIN9 users yet.  If you
are using DX4WIN 9.01 or later, and will be active in the IOTA contest
this weekend, you will want this update.  Click on the Release Notes
link above and then click on the word [download] next to:

    [download] DX4WIN 9.01 and later

After downloading the file, extract it into your dx4w90x\SAVE directory.

To check that you now have the new country file, try logging the
callsign "VERSION" (no quotes, type in the call then TAB).  Make sure
the Prefix in the QSO window matches the Version Entity shown in the
release notes.
