[Dx4win] Added comment in "Notes for this QSO" Field

Jim,

I downloaded the latest update for your ADIF converter and used it after the 0300z CWOPS this past Wed night.   The update worked perfectly and the unwanted text no longer shows up in the “Notes.......QSO” field.
