O means they use one of the On-like QSL Request Services, like
ClubLog. M0OXO, M0URX, some DXpeditions.  It's far from a complete
list, which I hope to change *some day*.

'L'oTW means at some time in the past, they uploaded QSOs to LoTW.  It
does not imply that they have ever uploaded more than once, or that
they have uploaded recently.  There is a list from the ARRL which has
last upload dates.  I could implement some sort of cut-off (say,
within the last year).  But that means changes to the DX4WIN Data
Updater, which also (indirectly) supplies the data for DX4WIN 9.0x
users.  I just don't have time to do that these days.
