[Dx4win] Update but not updating

9.06 1228 when you do an update shows two files IOTA & DXLIST CLUSTERS 
I update restart the program make the changes to the computer allow it restart DX4 win by itself and then I go to updates -it still shows IOTA & the DX clusters update need updating?? Re try same results
