[Dx4win] DX4WIN.CTY country file Release #19.2 - 25 January 2019

I’m running version 9 and regularly do updates, but, this time when I went to the HELP tab and selected the check for updates, I got the box OK but the box was empty, there was nothing to select??  Could my  V9 be corrupt in some way?
