[Dx4win] Need help with rotor control

You have to do what you did or hit F11 for shortpath. There are other
variations of a function Key for things like longpath, etc. It doesn't
rotate just because you grabbed a spot. You can also program it to know
which antennas are rotatable and which aren't. Also, you have to be in the
qso window for things like F11 to work.
