[Dx4win] DX4WIN Award database release 19.1 - 2 January 2019

The DX4WIN Award database was updated on 2 January 2019.
It contains 222 awards.  This is a link to the release notes:

DX4WIN 9 users should use Help | Check for Updates from the main menu.
Note that there may be a delay between this announcement and when the
updated custom awards database is actually available.

Users of older versions of DX4WIN should use the DX4WIN Data Updater:

    http://dx4win.ad1c.us/updater

IMPORTANT: If you have started tracking Canadian National Parks on
the Air, you will need to re-enter any parks you have already
worked.  This is because I had to change the Custom Award Name
internal to the database.  The old abbreviation was VEPOTA, it is now
CNPOTA to be consistent with the program name and DX spots.  Before
updating, make note of the parks you have already worked, then after
updating, re-enter them as CNPOTA custom award values.

The ZIP file also contains a number of membership list files
(plain-text files with a .list extension). These can be used to
identify member calls in the DX Spots window. Please read the
application note on Membership Lists for more information.
