[Dx4win] Contest log program

You do have to stop the radio in DX4WIN if you run both programs together so the contest program can use the radio control.  I also use N1MM+ then ADIF export and then import into DX4WIN.  No program is going to log into DX4WIN so you are really just using DX4WIN for the cluster spots telling you what you need special (but can't click to move radio to freq in DX4WIN).

I haven’t had any success running  two logging programs at the same time with my IC-7300 because the USB control fight.
