[Dx4win] lost packet window

This same thing happened to me this morning. I simply plugged in a wider
monitor and the missing Spot window came into view. I then moved the Spot
window into the center of the screen, unplugged the widescreen monitor and
then plugged in the monitor that is not as wide. The Spot window was right
there in the middle and I could move it to where I wanted.

This is exactly what I talked about doing in my email, and as I said
earlier, it did NOT work for me. I had to reattach my second monitor and
move the missing windows back to the main monitor K4TK Tim Moore
