You don't have a "problem", you are just not going far enough in the process. The DX4WIN "Export to LOTW" does not actually export the file to Logbook of the World. All it does is create an .ADIF file on your computer.
That .ADIF file must then be authenticated using the TQSL program with your certificate and THAT does the actual upload to LOTW.
So, if you are fortunate enough to still have those .ADIF files in your Documents, then authenticate them one by one with TQSL and correctly upload to LOTW.

Subject: [Dx4win] upload to LoTW problem from DX4WIN
Back in June 2019 I started playing with WSJT FT8 using DX4WIN to up load my QSO files to Lo Today I have discovered ARRL LoTW does not have 498 contacts I thought were uploaded between 29-06-2019 through 14-08-2019.
I think I missed something in DX4W that caused this. Here is what I did: Open DX4WIN – LoTW at top of page Left click it – Drop down box , click on “Export to LoTW” . I used an ADIF file in Documents each time when asked for a file. I put the ADIF file from WSJT FT8 into Documents. Don’t remember how I previously uploaded a file.
Any help ?
