[Dx4win] Question about DX spots and sorting

On my previous machine, I sorted by priority and the highest priority spots showed at the TOP of the window.

With the new install, the highest priority spots are showing at the BOTTOM of the window.  Where can I set that the way it was on my old machine?  Thanks.
