Hello Will,

Can't help you with RTTY, but yes, you can do CW keying via the USB cable.

File > Preferences > Radio – uncheck DTR High and RTS high
File > Preferences > CW – set Interface to the same port you are using for
the radio and DTR Line to CW Keying.

That should do it.  Of course, on the K3s config menu, you must have RS232
speed set to USB.
