[Dx4win] Compare DX4WIN DXCC Credit Status With LOTW Utility

The compare utility returns:

Z60A in Republic of Kosovo does not match any DXCC entity in DX4WIN

ERROR: Couldn’t find DXCC entity for prefix Z6.


This is confusing because DX4WIN itself lists in Reports>DXCC Listing in the matrix: Z6 Republic of Kosovo. The DX4WIN matrix also shows credit on various bands. 
DX4WIN also gives me credit both direct and via LOTW.

It appears to not be a DX4WIN issue but maybe one with the compare utility.

How do I fix this?
