[Dx4win] DX4WIN - entering county info

I have add with my posting 4 pictures - but i forgot that DX4WIN is 
using the very old mailing system from QTH.COM

Again in word's:

Where are the database manager for Country, Manager and ... , as we had 
in V8 ?

V9 is now nearly a year old.
