[Dx4win] Gibberish In County Listing

Thanks to Paul for removing the erroneous DC county from the county listing.
This fix removed the gibberish county.

After the last listing of WY counties is an entry with the State blank and the County is Chinese writing and a W for worked.
Reports>County>Listing

I can?t delete it. 

The Reports>Summary shows a 1 in the worked column.
I waste a lot of time looking for the W in the reports pull down Listing.

How do we fix this?
