[Dx4win] DX4WIN country file errors for DX4WIN9 users

Zoran, WA7AA, was kind enough to point out some DX4WIN9 country file
errors.  These errors are not present for DX4WIN8 and earlier users.

1.  CR140AA should be Azores, CU and not Portugal, CT

2.  None of the 2R, GR or MR calls used during the 2018 Royal Wedding
special event, that were not used from England, are not in the country
file.  An example is MR0CCE from GD, Isle of Man.

I will try to post a new release this weekend to correct these problems.

If there are other errors that people noticed, please let me know as
soon as possible.
