For DX4WIN9 users, I have added a number of callsigns that will be
active in the RSGB IOTA (Islands on the Air) contest at the end of
July:

    https://ng3k.com/Misc/iota2018.html

Logging these callsigns during the contest period (28-29 July 2018)
should result in the IOTA field in the QSO being populated correctly.
This is probably the last country file release until August unless
there is a flurry of IOTA announcements before the end of the month.

I still do not have a method for including, in the release notes, IOTA
changes to the country file.  Maybe I'll have something in August.
