Noll in dx4win 9 there is an update option. This is under Help>Check for 
Updates. If you do this you will see several updates. Between them is 
the country file which is what you need. But if you don't want to update 
the country file and maintain your own, the only thing you can do right 
now is to log the qsos. If you want to get an alert for these qsos, you 
can add z60a under file>preferences>packet1>Callsign Alert
